Step 1 – GIVE ME A CALL
I can be reached at 253-514-9948. I return messages within 1-2 business days. Over the phone we can briefly discuss what you are coming in for, fees, insurance and any preliminary questions you have.

Step 2 – SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Your appointment will be made for a specific time and reserved just for you. Appointments are generally available within the first one or two weeks of your call.

Step 3 – COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK
It’s on the website. If you do not have access to a printer let me know. I’ll leave the paperwork in the waiting room. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete it.

Step 4 – COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your appointment lasts 50-55 minutes. During this appointment we will plan our journey together, identify the milestones, and begin the unique pathway that is yours. At the end of the appointment we will discuss next steps that might include a referral, frequency of sessions, and scheduling your next appointment.
